Safety & Compliance

We keep your fleet compliant and audit-ready — audit prep, CSA/SAFER monitoring and ongoing safety management, under US federal rules.

Federal and state safety compliance, managed for you — by the team 2,000+ fleets have trusted since 2018

What is FMCSA compliance?

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulates safety for interstate motor carriers. Compliance covers driver qualification, hours of service, vehicle inspection, drug & alcohol testing, accident records, and more. The system that scores your compliance is called CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability).

Why does your CSA score matter?

Your safety record — inspections, violations, and crashes — is public on FMCSA's SAFER system. Brokers, insurers, and shippers check it before they work with you. A bad record means higher insurance, more DOT inspections, and lost business.

What is a New Entrant Safety Audit and can you help?

Every new carrier goes through an FMCSA New Entrant safety audit in its first 12 months. We assemble your safety records, drug-and-alcohol program, driver files and hours-of-service, and prep or respond to the audit so you pass.

What can trigger a DOT audit or intervention?

A high CSA score in any BASIC, a crash or complaint, a roadside-inspection pattern, or your New Entrant status. We monitor the signals and fix the underlying violations before they escalate.

How do I improve a bad CSA score?

We fix the violations that raise it, challenge wrong roadside data with DataQs, and improve the programs behind it (maintenance, HOS, drug-and-alcohol). We watch your CSA/SAFER and bring the score down.

From new entrant audit through annual compliance — we keep your safety profile clean.
