Our privacy policy and how we use your data

Last updated: August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how UltraDrive Inc. ("UltraDrive", "we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the UltraDrive website at ultdrive.com (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only. It does not cover services we provide to clients under separate agreements, or any separate client portal, which are handled under their own terms.

1. The short version

This Site is an informational marketing website. It has no accounts or logins. Its one optional callback form is the only place it collects personal information from you. If you submit it, we use what you share to answer your request — and, because the form asks you to agree to it, we may also contact you by phone or text about our services. That agreement is never a condition of getting service, and you can stop the messages at any time. You can also just reach us by phone, email, or Telegram.

2. Information we collect through the Site

The Site has no sign-ups or accounts. The only personal information you can submit is through the optional callback form — available from the "Request a callback" button in the site header on every page, and on the home, Contact, service and office pages: your name and phone number, and — if you choose to add them — your email, the service you're interested in, and a short message. The submission also records which page of the Site you sent it from and the language you were using, so we can respond in context; these are saved with your request in our CRM. Providing these is voluntary, and we use them only to respond to your request. Separately, like any website, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically process standard technical data — such as IP address and server request logs — to operate, deliver, and secure the Site. This is not used to identify you or build a profile of you.

We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how the Site is used and how it performs. This measures aggregate activity — such as page views, referring sites, general location (country/region), device and browser type, page-load performance metrics, and basic interaction events (for example, which contact button was clicked: call, email, or Telegram) — without cookies, without tracking you across other websites, and without identifying you individually.

3. Cookies

The Site uses only a strictly necessary cookie, to remember your language preference. Our usage analytics are cookieless and set no cookies; we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Note that the Contact page can embed Google Maps behind a “Show map” button: nothing is requested from Google until you press it, and Google may then set its own cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

4. How we use information

If you reach out by phone, email, or the callback form, we use the information you provide to respond to you and to discuss or provide the services you ask about. Where you gave the consent shown on the form, we may also deliver calls and text messages to that number — including using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice — about our other services. You are not required to agree to that as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, and you may withdraw it at any time in any way that clearly says so — reply STOP to a text, reply with words such as quit, cancel, unsubscribe, opt out, revoke or end, answer in any language, or simply tell us by phone or email. We act on a withdrawal as soon as we can, and never later than ten business days after we receive it. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. We record which version of the consent wording you agreed to, so we can show what was displayed to you; this is a note about our own text and adds no information about you. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We rely on service providers to run and measure the Site — for example, our website host and analytics provider (Vercel Inc.), the embedded Google Map, our customer-relationship-management provider (Bitrix24, operated by Bitrix, Inc.), which receives and stores callback-form submissions so our team can follow up with you, and our email delivery provider (Resend), which sends our team an internal email notification when a callback-form submission comes in. They process only what is needed to perform their function. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or similar state privacy laws — such as the right to access or delete it, or to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). To exercise a right regarding information you submitted through the Site's callback form, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we begin collecting additional personal information through the Site, we will update this Policy to describe what we collect and why.
